The Process
The first two sessions are dedicated to creating your personal values profile.
Before Session 1
Before we meet for our first session, I will provide you with a questionnaire designed to help you reflect on who you are in your life right now.

Session1
In the first session, we will dive into the results and complete part 1 of your values profile.
​​​
Before Session 2
You will leave session 1 with a second questionnaire that will support you in reflecting on who you want to be.
​​​​
Session 2
The second session is dedicated to diving into the results of the second questionnaire. To complete part 2 of your values profile, we will also take the time to compare the results of both questionnaires to identify the gaps between who you are and who you want to be.​
With session 3, the journey to closing the gap between who you are and who you want to be begins.
Session 3 to x
Based on your identified value gaps, you decide which value you want to work on first to bring it to life! We will then use the sessions to look for workable solutions for whatever hinders you from being who you want to be.​
